Lakes and Pond Restoration. Lakes and Ponds that receive the OxSolve application show a huge improvement to the oxygen content. The above pictures show 24-hour time lapses of untreated lake water on day 1, to the result on day 3. Typically, the oxygen application results will appear within 3 days. Some waters will continue to have a tannin color of light green or light brown. 

The City of Apopka (the “City”) owns and operates an advanced water reclamation facility (WRF) with a permitted capacity of 4.5 million gallons per day (MGD). Raw wastewater within the City service area is collected and conveyed to the WRF for treatment and beneficial reuse. The treated WRF final effluent is either delivered to a public access reclaimed water system and/or a restricted access spray field. 

The City is currently in the planning stages to expand their wastewater treatment capabilities and anticipates the new facilities to be in operation in 2019.
